Contact

Spotted a mistake, have a question about something we've published, or want to share feedback? We read every message — here's how to reach us and what to expect.

How to reach us

The best way to contact us is by email: [email protected]. One inbox handles everything — corrections, questions, and general feedback — and it's read by the editorial team rather than a support desk.

If you're reporting an error, it helps a lot to include the page URL and a sentence on what looks wrong. If you can point us to a source, even better. We take corrections seriously; our approach to fixing mistakes is set out in our editorial policy.

What to expect

We're a small independent team, so we can't promise instant replies. We aim to read messages within a few days and to respond to genuine corrections and considered questions, though we may not be able to answer every email individually. Clear, specific messages get the most useful response.

What we can't do

We can't give personal medical, dermatological or dietary advice. We don't know your skin, your allergies, your medications or your medical history, and it would be irresponsible to guess. If you have a health concern — a reaction, a persistent skin or scalp problem, an allergy question, or anything about pregnancy or infants — please speak to a doctor, dermatologist or pharmacist who can assess you properly. See our disclaimer for the full picture, and our about page for who we are.
